A fantastic new pack is coming from Futura Laboratories in collaboration with Medicom and G-Shock. They worked on a collaborative 100% Bearbrick and with G-Shock they worked on the 6900 large model. The entire pack comes in a multicolor colorway and both the Bearbrick and the G-Shock watch are branded with the Futura signature and with the Futura Laboratories logo.

The Futura Laboratories x G-Shock x Bearbrick pack will be released at the FL Shop in Tokyo in December.

Inspired by the iconic UGG boots, Nike Sportswear has released in Japan a couple of months ago the Air Chukka Moc High. Now they got together with Milkfed to collaborate on the boot. The outcome is a set of a purple and a lavender boot, each coming with some nice details and perfect for the colder days that lie ahead.

Nike continues to present interesting releases this Fall season. Next up is the Quilted Pack, which consists of the Air Max 1 and the Free Hybrid Boot. Both come with premium black leather uppers, featuring a quilted pattern. That together with a clean white sole makes for an overall solid release.

Hanon is offering pre-ordering for both sneakers in the Nike Quilted Pack now.

The latest collection from Australia’s Schwipe contains subdued hoodies and crews, along with some satirical graphic t-shirts. You’ll notice the nod to mid-90s favorite Cross Colors. The tonal logo application to the crew neck sweatshirt is another highlight.

Today we present you the last series of sneakers out of the adidas aZX range. We have already seen lots of high profile collaborations in the series, and in this last drop it does also not slow down. You will find collaborations on the adidas aZX series with DQM, A.R.C, Sneakers N Stuff, Crooked Tongues, Undefeated, VA and Wood Wood. The stores worked on a series of models and the turn-out is once again impressive.

The last drop of the adidas aZX series, letters Q to W, will be released worldwide on October 18th.

DQM ZX 90

Dave’s Quality Meats’ ‘Q’ choice to pick the slimline ZX 90 design means a shoe that’s perfect for everyday wear, and well suited to cycling via some stylish applications and utilitarian additions to this contemporary Torsion runner. Reflective mesh and paneling means extra visibility, while the mix of sky blue, bright red, light green and black is a unique but aesthetically pleasing one, with a matching lace for each colour. A.R.C. ZX 7000

SNS ZX 450

Sweden’s SneakersNStuff team’s respect for the ZX 450 shines through in their take on this classic runner, transforming it into an autumnal hometown salute as the ‘S’ in the aZX alphabet. Shades of green, including the classic adidas fairway on the stripes, ghilly lace and heel tab, constructed from nothing but waterproof materials, with an unexpected but particularly complimentary orange appearance on the outsole that stays in line with the shoe’s legacy but carries an intensely personal vision. Fallen leaves decorate the footbed, while branded lace tips and reflective forefoot panels complete a premium makeover.

CROOKED TONGUES ZX 9000

Representing for the ‘T’ in aZX, Londons’ Crooked Tongues crew opted for the top-of-the-line ZX 9000 model for its Soft Cell, sci-fi styling and Torsion technology, with a makeup that lets the yellow of the outsole bar application spill into the midsole and side panels. With cues from legendary running makeups, the black reflective stripes and paneling don’t lose sight of the unbeatable performance heritage, while grey suede, carbon effect and differing mesh textures are complimented by a plethora of custom tipped lace options, a reverential homage in the lace jewel and custom designed Torsion psychedelia on the footbeds. Undefeated’s trademark mix of performance and cutting edge design is at work on their ‘U’ interpretation of the ZX 8000. Taking the Torsion runner and giving it a clean, contemporary look, by starkly contrasting two key shades – bright orange and dazzling rave green on the footbed and Torsion bar itself, the mix of materials, - meshes and suede, completed with nylon stripes makes winning strides towards authenticity and innovation. With a name like that it was inevitable. Marl and dark grey sweatshirt materials and colours adorn the upper, while the white on the midsole sets things off strikingly. Velour stripes and a spot of bright, reflective yellow is a perfect finish, while the decision to make the Torsion bar fluorescent is a brave and effective move that makes them stand out as much as they did in their late 80’s heyday. Unorthodox materials, plus branding on the heel, tongue and a lace jewel makes for a well-executed variation on a favouriteVA ZX 9000

WOOD WOOD ZX 9000

With a famed sense of style and the avant garde when it comes to sportswear, Wood Wood keep the surprises coming with their ‘W’ ZX 9000 – it’s a clean design that’s wearable with just about anything. Light grey toward the forefoot and lacestays, and an iron grey white and red toward the rear, there’s a playfulness at work with the finger signs and tongue detailing that differs between the right and left foot, and a choice of lace jewels that can be switched from the traditional to something a little more art-driven. Opting to add a WW to the stitched model name on the side maintains the elegance of both partner and product, completing a clever, flattering makeup with across-the-board appeal.

The Nike Dunk lends itself wonderfully for seasonal variation and looks pretty darn good dressed for any weather. Four new mock ups of the model are out for the 2008 Autumn season. The high pictured above is classic fall brown, complete with zoom insole for an extra bounce in your step. A second high comes in grey, black and red, reminiscent of the NERD highs that dropped some years back. On the low end, the Polar Bear, is as you might expect all white. Kiks TYO will be kicking off their store collaboration series beginning of October. They got together with Limited Edt Singapore and with Capsule Toronto on a Yuko Ishida x Kiks TYO t-shirt. Each store added their own flavor to it. On the Limited Edt. t-shirt, Yuko Ishida is wearing the Limited Edt x New Balance sneaker that recently came out and on the Capsule t-shirt, Yuko Ishida is wearing a Capsule branded bikini.

Colette has invited ten women (including Claw Money and Fifi) to take pictures with the new Diana camera from Lomography. Their photos, and the related stories, are set to appear in a collaborative book “Through a Women’s Lens.” The book will come packaged with the Diana camera. 10 further contributors are to be chosen by Colette in a contest allowing women to upload their own photographs and stories. Born in Chicago, Christopher Wool relocated to New York City in the early 1970’s. During that time he studied painting and worked as an artist’s assistant to Joel Shapiro. In 1984, Wool had his first solo show at the legendary Cable Gallery. Working mainly in black and white, Wool works with a mixture of painterly styles. His earlier works include tightly controlled, gestural drip paintings and canvases utilizing decorative rollers on white backgrounds to produce floral and gate-like images.

In 1987, Christopher Wool began his black and white stenciled word paintings. Wool carefully chose words and phrases for these pieces and the letter composition he applied set his work apart from the stencil art category. Examples like “Riot”, “Prankster”, or “Sell The House Sell The Car Sell The Kids” force viewers to go one step beyond reading into deciphering.

Since his first one-man show Christopher Wool’s work has been shown at the Whitney Biennial 1989, Museum of Modern Art, New York, the New Museum of Art Lucerne, Switzerland, and Contemporary Museum of Art, Los Angeles.

This Fall, Supreme will release a series of three limited edition skateboard decks designed by Wool.
